Tear Silver Mines
The Tear Silver Mines contain the Realm's most precious metal, tear silver. Although the upper levels of the mine are controlled by Daimyo Matsudaira's samurai, the ninja maintain a strong presence within the area. As an adventurer travels deeper into the mine, he will encounter the Shikome Goblins and perhaps even demons from previous eras.
The Tear Silver Mine is located on Iaitanto island and is connected to the Daimyo's Keep and the Iaitantonian Wilderness. There are secret entrances to the mines through the Ninja Hideout and Fukushu Village.

Tear Silver Mines Mapped by Salami in the year 352 The Tear Silver Mines in my opinion is one of the most intricate and well-designed areas in the Realm. There is a variety of interesting mobs here, coupled with some equally interesting equipment. On the top level of the mines, watch out for the Samurai guards. The best way to avoid them thinking you're a ninja is to wear part of the tear silver daisho that you receive as part of your reward for becoming a samurai of the Daimyo of Iaitanto. The second level of the mines is a shikome village. The shikome are a race of dirty, goblin-like creatures that have been kidnapping the citizens of Fukushu village for use as slaves. Though foul, they are not too much of a threat to a well prepared and well experienced adventurer. The third and fourth levels of the mines are fairly dangerous to all non Staymo adventurers unless extremely well prepared and are inhabited by an array of ghosts, demons, and the eternally sad Musume Namida, who has literally cried a river of tears. Be careful in these lower levels. The peril is great, but the possible rewards are also great. Use caution and discretion and enjoy your visit.
